We are grateful to the donors for their support for the benefit of Iraq. The following figures show the donors’ generosity and also IOM’s capacity to implement all programmes in spite of difficult conditions. It may be noted that the end-use of the funds is a result of taking into account the needs of the beneficiaries as mapped by our experts on the ground in Iraq and abroad, the intentions of the donors and the priorities of the Government of Iraq. More funds continue to be needed.

Please note that figures include a project in which the Iraq mission played a leading role but which were not listed under our projects. The “Out of country Voting Project” supervised directly by our Headquarters where the Iraq team provided the logistical support and the actual implementation on the ground.
